Hi everyone, thank God it's friday!!! I love the weekends because I get to do a lot of stuffs to rejuvenate and refresh myself, like my diy hammam sunday and having some of my favorite green smoothies too. So here are 3 of my favorite green smoothies to help you cleanse, detox, rejuvenate and also boost your energy for a new week ahead.
(1) Toxin Cleansing Blast.
Flush toxins from your body with this easy to make delicious fruity concotion.
Ingredients- Apple
Banana
A handful of spinach leaves
Pear
Pineapple
A cup of water
Instructions- Blend together and enjoy.
(2) Green Detox Juice.
Ingredients- Avocado
Broccoli
Cucumber
A handful of parsley
A cup of water
Instructions- Wash fruits and vegetable properly, blend ingredients together and enjoy.
(3) Fat Blasting Juice.
Ingredients- 2 oranges peeled
1 lemon peeled
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
A cup of freshly brewed green tea
Instruction- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.

FINALLY I'M BACK!!!
Hi everyone ,I'm back and I'm ready to give you all a detailed gist of my journey of self discovery so far. Remember the quote"Practise what you preach" yes that one, so decide to take that advice and practised before opened my mouth to preach them. For me I'd to make few changes in my diet, my skin care, my fashion styles and my life generally.
So far I've lost a few pounds, my skin is looking brighter, finally had the confidence to do my big chop. I loving the new me and my self esteem is sky rocketing everyday, I'm finally admiring the woman I'm becoming. So here are few things I did that aided in my weight lose and brightening up my complexion.
(1) I slowly cutted down my soda intake.
(2) I increased my consumption of green tea.
(3) I made detox drink my best friend.
(4) Add more essential and carrier oils to my skin care and hair care routine.
(5) Made my own body butter with shea butter, cocoa butter, almond oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, argan oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil, Ylang Ylang essential oil, Peppermint essential oil and Sandalwood essential oil.
(6) Ate more fruits and vegetable either fresh or juiced.
(7) eI reduced the amount of food I consumed.
So here is 2 of my favorite detox homemade drinks, and they really do help burn fat especially belly fat.
(1) Fat Burning Detox Drink
Ingredients- Mint leaves
Lemon
Cucumber
Grated ginger
Water
Instructions: Dice the cucumber and lemon, place all the listed ingredient together in a jug or pitcher and fill it up with water, let it blend together overnight, drink the next day.
(2) Toxin Flushing Drink
Ingredients- Tumeric
Lemon or Lime
Grated ginger
Cinnamon powder(optional)
Instruction- Mix all the listed ingredients in a pitcher, let it blend together overnight, drink the next day.
